JRZYJoxStoxAcademyOne athlete spine · three surfaces
// The mission

Every kid gets a kit, a coach, and a highlight.

JRZY Academy exists so that money never decides who gets to play. Local businesses back local teams, donated gear finds a second season, and every athlete's best moments become real, broadcast-quality media, with their family in control of every frame.

// The program

Three engines, one field.

Everything we run feeds the same outcome: fully funded, fully kitted youth teams, and an athlete profile that belongs to the athlete.

Engine 1 · Sponsorship

Businesses back teams.

A local business sponsors a team, kit, gear, fees, and gets its name on the season's content. Marketing for them; a free season for the team.

Engine 2 · Gear

Gear gets a second season.

Donated equipment is inspected, then either placed with an athlete who needs it or resold, with every dollar of resale funding free training.

Engine 3 · Content

Moments become media.

Games and milestones become highlight films the family owns and the sponsor is credited on. Every piece is human-reviewed before it appears anywhere.

// Transparency

Where a dollar goes.

Every dollar runs on one of two rails, and we keep them separate, in the accounting and on the page.

Two rails, never mixed.

// The rules we don't bend

Safety is the product.

Most of our athletes are minors. These commitments hold on every surface, for every family, always.

Private by default
Nothing about a child is visible anywhere until their guardian explicitly chooses otherwise, and the most private option is always pre-selected.
A person reviews everything
No photo or clip publishes automatically. A moderator checks every piece before it reaches a profile, a feed, or a sponsor.
No comments, no contact
There is no way for a stranger to message, comment on, or reach an athlete through JRZY Academy. That surface simply does not exist.
Revocable, everywhere
A guardian can change visibility or withdraw consent at any time, and we take content down everywhere it went, including sponsor exports.
