The list has a floor, not a ceiling: nobody gets turned away at the court, the game just changes shape with the numbers. Under 18, an adult says yes once and either phone can confirm on the day.

Small games, next up
3v3 and 4v4. Win and stay on, up to three games, then everybody rotates. Waiting is one game, not one hour.
The list is just the door
Saying you’re in tells us the night runs and keeps groups the right size. Once you’re inside, it’s just play.
Confirm on the morning
A text on the morning, one tap says you’re coming. No tap and your place goes to standby, back for you next week.
Show up, move up
Players who come when they say they will are first on next week’s list. Two silent misses and you start on standby.
