Who we are
JRZY ("we", "us") is an AI-native basketball intelligence platform operated by IPO Labs. We run two surfaces — jrzy.com (the gated workspace) and joxstox.com (the public exchange).

What we collect
Account data you give us when you sign up: email, role (athlete / agent / scout / coach / parent / brand / front office), name, and optional contact info.
Athlete profile data — performance, social, contract, and deal-flow signals — pulled from public sources (Sportradar, Meta Graph API, eBay Partner Network, SEC EDGAR, Sportico, OverTheCap, MaxPreps, and similar) and from data you submit when you claim a profile.
Product usage — page views, search queries, watchlists, alerts you set, things you click — captured via PostHog and Sentry to fix bugs and improve the product.
Payment data when you subscribe — handled directly by Stripe; we never see your card number.
How we use it
To compute the JRZY score, leverage score, SAV, PVI, and momentum for every athlete.
To route signals to the right stakeholders (an agent searching your position gets notified; you get notified when an agent searches you).
To send weekly digests and threshold alerts you signed up for. You can turn these off any time in /settings.
To process payments and pay athletes their affiliate revenue share via Stripe Connect.
For security, fraud prevention, and to keep the service reliable.
What's public vs. what's private
Public on every athlete profile: name, slug, sport, league, team, position, JRZY score, pre-hype flag, trajectory grade, SAV, PVI, momentum, global rank, public card prices. This is the discovery layer. It is open to anyone.
Private until you claim and upgrade: who has viewed your profile by name, deal pipeline detail, contract terms, contact info you mark non-public.
Athletes always own their data. Claim your profile to control what gates and what does not.
Your rights
Access — see what we have on you. Email privacy@jrzy.com.
Correction — fix anything that is wrong. Most fields are editable in your dashboard.
Deletion — close your account and delete your data. Email privacy@jrzy.com or use the in-app control in /settings. Some data (financial records, signed contracts) is retained for the period required by law.
Portability — request a structured export of your data.
Opt-out — turn off marketing email any time from the unsubscribe link in any digest, or in /settings.
Data deletion
To delete an athlete profile you claimed: /settings → Delete account. Your profile reverts to an auto-populated (unclaimed) state — public stats stay because they come from public sources, but private fields and account login are removed.
To delete an unclaimed profile that contains public data only: email privacy@jrzy.com with your basketball credentials so we can verify ownership.
Changes
We may update this notice. The "last updated" date below changes when we do. Material changes are surfaced in-app and via email to subscribers.
