The rules we run on.

Plain-language commitments for athletes, families, scouts, and partners. Full legal terms are in review with counsel; these principles are binding on us either way.

Safeguarding minors

01Representatives co-hold every under-18 account.

They see what the athlete sees. Every message, offer, and payout copies them. No exceptions, no settings that turn this off.

02No direct contact with minors.

Only verified scouts can express interest, and it routes through JRZY, logged and reviewable. Asking a minor to move off-platform is a bannable offense we report onward.

03Public cards stay thin.

Search shows what a representative allows: name, sport, age band, region. Never a birthdate, school, address, or schedule.

04Every adult with access is screened.

Coaches, scouts, and staff pass identity and background checks before touching the platform side that reaches athletes, and credentials expire and renew on a schedule.

05Money never touches a child's obligations.

Sponsor and owner economics attach to clubs. Scholarship funds sit under nonprofit control.

PrivacyFull policy in legal review

01The athlete's record belongs to the athlete.

Stats, film, and history are theirs to keep, export, and take with them, including after graduation or leaving JRZY.

02We don't sell personal data.

Revenue comes from the market, licenses, and the Shop, not from selling who you are to advertisers.

03Visibility is a dial, not a switch.

Families choose what's public, scout-only, or private, per field, changeable any time.

Terms of useFull terms in legal review

01Be who you say you are.

One athlete, one profile. Misrepresenting identity, age, or record gets corrected or removed.

02Offers show their terms.

Any deal presented through JRZY displays full terms up front. Nothing is auto-accepted, and minors' deals require representative signature.

03The market is for adults.

JoxStox listings open at graduation. Youth value flows through club economics, never through trading minors.
