Story Drops · every message we send

Six texts and one email. That's the whole loop.

Each one fires on a state change, once, in the recipient's time zone between 9am and 8pm. Nothing promotional, no digests. Links are short JRZY links that open the exact screen.

Today: texting is not switched on yet, so each of the six goes out by email to the address on file, and always shows on the card or ad page. Same words, same rules.

Rules

How these behave.

01One per state change. A message fires when something changes, never on a schedule, never twice for the same thing.
02Quiet hours. 9am to 8pm local. Anything that would fire outside waits for 9am.
03Batched where it can be. B2 collects a day's screenshots into one text. A1 for an athlete who fits several new drops at once is one text with a count.
04Guardian copy. Not applicable here: Story Drops are 18 and over. Under-18 cards never receive A1.
05Opt out. STOP works on every text. Alerts toggle on the athlete card; brands can't turn off B2 since it blocks a payment.
