The rules of the road.

1 · Agreement

These terms apply when you use JRZY (jrzy.com) or JoxStox (joxstox.com). By creating an account or browsing the site you agree to them. If you do not, please don't use the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 14 days in advance via email and in-app banner.

2 · Accounts

You must be 13 or older. Athletes under 18 require a parent or guardian email on file.

Pick one role at signup: athlete, agent, scout, coach, parent, brand, GM/front office, PE/ownership, or media. Some surfaces are role-gated.

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify security@jrzy.com if you suspect a compromise.

3 · Athlete profiles + data

JRZY auto-creates profiles for basketball athletes from public data (Sportradar, Meta Graph, eBay, SEC EDGAR, MaxPreps, league wires). Public fields stay public.

When you claim your profile you control private fields: contact methods, contract detail, deal pipeline, who-sees-what gates. Athletes are always free.

Counterparties (agents, sponsors, scouts, GMs, PE) pay for access to intelligence about athletes. Athletes never pay.

4 · Fair use

No scraping or bulk export of data without a license. We offer an API on Scout Pro and Enterprise plans.

No misrepresentation — do not impersonate another athlete, agent, brand, or institution.

No harassment or doxxing. Contact intelligence we surface is for outreach, not for stalking. Misuse can result in account termination and legal action.

Respect platform-specific terms — eBay Partner Network, Meta Graph, Stripe Connect, etc.

5 · Payments + subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually as selected. Cancel any time in /settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

Athlete payouts run via Stripe Connect on a monthly cycle. Minimum payout is $10; balances under that roll forward. We issue a 1099 for athletes earning over $600 in a calendar year.

Stake exchange fees: 7.5% of secondary trades to JRZY, 5% royalty to the athlete, 87.5% to the seller. Stake holder reward payouts are gated by ACTIVATION_FLAGS.stakeHolderRewards (held until legal review concludes).

Refunds are at our discretion for product defects. Contact billing@jrzy.com.

6 · Your content

You own the content you upload (film, photos, signal notes). You grant JRZY a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it for the purpose of running the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. If you upload film of a game you did not record, make sure the original creator consents.

7 · Disclaimers + liability

JRZY scores, signals, and projections are intelligence inputs — not financial or recruiting advice. Use your judgement before acting on them.

The service is provided "as is." Where the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8 · Termination

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

On termination your data is removed per the schedule in our privacy notice. Some financial records are retained for the period required by law.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes go to the courts of San Francisco County, California.
